Many people ask me what I like about the swimming fitness. Is it the cool blue waters, the sensual feel of throwing water around me or the desire to complete the usual miles, regardless biting cold or sweltering heat? The answer is â € "none of these!
What I like about my ritual of swimming is the Which brings me happiness. You see, I am not a competitor. Do not swim in competitions and I do not have any medals or trophies to show off.
